Eman Chalshotori leads a dynamic career as a performing artist. He is a member of the Topeka Symphony and the Midwest Chamber Ensemble. His past orchestral experience includes substitute and section positions with the Orchestra of the Pines, St. Joseph Symphony, Springfield Symphony, Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA), Texarkana Symphony, and the Pinewoods Camerata. 

He received his Bachelors of Music from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters of Cello Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music. His teachers include Dr. Tess Remy-Schumacher, Dr. Evgeny Raychev, and Carter Enyeart.

Eman made is solo debut with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic performing the Saint-Saëns Cello Concerto. He most recently performed Strauss’s Don Quixote with the UMKC Conservatory Orchestra.

Outside of the classical music realm, Eman has collaborated with musical artists Imogen Heap, Mannheim Steamroller, Simple Tree, the band Disturbed, and Kansas City poet Jen Harris.
